In-person sessions take place in a discreet and tranquil therapy room. The premises are easily accessible by car; there is free parking and wheelchair access, at 70-72 The Havens, Ipswich IP3 9BF. I understand making initial contact with a therapist can feel a bit daunting; the first step is to get in touch with me & I will respond via telephone or email (you choose); to arrange our first session.
